چکیده

We introduce the concept of deformed zero-determinant strategies in repeated games. then show that Tit-for-Tat strategy prisoner’s dilemma game is a strategy, which unilaterally equalizes probability distribution functions payoffs two players.

On finite strategy sets for finitely repeated zero-sum games

We study finitely repeated two-person zero-sum games in which Player 1 is restricted to mixing over a fixed number of pure strategies while Player 2 is unrestricted. We describe an optimal set of pure strategies for Player 1 along with an optimal mixed strategy. We show that the entropy of this mixed strategy appears as a factor in an exact formula for the value of the game and thus is seen to ...

Zero-determinant strategies in iterated multi-strategy games

Self-serving, rational agents sometimes cooperate to their mutual benefit. The two-player iterated prisoner’s dilemma game is a model for including the emergence of cooperation. It is generally believed that there is no simple ultimatum strategy which a player can control the return of the other participants. The recent discovery of the powerful class of zero-determinant strategies in the itera...

Efficient Strategy Computation in Zero-Sum Asymmetric Repeated Games

Zero-sum asymmetric games model decision making scenarios involving two competing players who have different information about the game being played. A particular case is that of nested information, where one (informed) player has superior information over the other (uninformed) player. This paper considers the case of nested information in repeated zerosum games and studies the computation of ...

Zero-determinant strategies in finitely repeated games.

Direct reciprocity is a mechanism for sustaining mutual cooperation in repeated social dilemma games, where a player would keep cooperation to avoid being retaliated by a co-player in the future. So-called zero-determinant (ZD) strategies enable a player to unilaterally set a linear relationship between the player's own payoff and the co-player's payoff regardless of the strategy of the co-play...

Zero-Determinant Strategies in Noisy Repeated Games

Press and Dyson has recently revealed a new set of “zero-determinant” (ZD) strategies for repeated games, which grant a player with power of manipulation on the game’s payoffs. A ZD strategy player can unilaterally enforce a fixed linear relationship between his payoff and that of his opponent. In particular it can (i) deterministically set his opponent’s payoff to a fixed value, regardless of ...
